The process at ALLOR is what initially drew us in. We absolutely loved that every session starts with a free initial consultation. This part never felt rushed too, so there’s really room to discuss goals and expectations.
Our favorite part is their follow-up care. After the Botox treatment, a check-in schedule two weeks after is already settled. It’s also free of charge unless extra products are needed.
The care doesn’t stop there – clients revealed to us that they were provided with aftercare instructions and a direct contact number so they can reach out any time if issues arise as they recover.
Before and after photos are confidential, which we find extremely helpful for conscious or introverted clients.
The only downside we saw was that their location in Whenuapai may be inconvenient for those in central Auckland. For those who want a chic, comfortable clinic, though, we think the trip is worth it.

The level of precision we saw at Beautiphi is pretty hard to beat. As evidence of their quality Botox treatments, clients revealed that their results lasted longer than expected, which isn’t something we can say for every clinic.
We liked that their consultation is straightforward and very transparent. For instance, the practitioner may recommend alternatives to Botox if they determine that another treatment may work better (it’s still up to the client to choose how to proceed).
However, the quality of the consultations feels a bit inconsistent, considering how there were a few clients that felt like they were rushed. These issues appear to be outliers though, so it may simply be a unique situation.
Going back to more positives, we loved how cozy and relaxing their atmosphere is. Plus, payments are straightforward, with a $50 consultation fee that can be credited towards the treatment cost.

The experienced practitioners at Face Doctors are their biggest draw. Their leading professionals are qualified members of the New Zealand Society of Cosmetic Medicine (MNZSCM), so expertise is already on the table.
One unique strength we noted was their hybrid consultation. Clients begin with a personalized online assessment, which is then followed by an in-person consultation.
We liked this two-step process as it really gets into the full detail of specific concerts and goals. And this applies to all treatments, not just Botox procedures.
As for approach and attitude, we find them to be very welcoming, with practitioners having a nice, gentle bedside manner.
We just noticed that they have a tendency to upsell to more expensive services. It may turn off a few clients, but it doesn’t affect the overall quality of the service, in our opinion.

Operating since 1996, The Cosmetic Clinic has the kind of experience we’re looking for. To make things even better, all their injectables are administered by registered nurses or doctors, so there’s peace of mind for the clients.
We also liked that their pricing is transparent and quite competitive when compared to city averages.
As for the actual process, the thing we appreciated the most was their high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Everything is clean and kept spotless, which we highly appreciated during our visits.
The consultation is pretty straightforward – nothing extraordinary, but of course, we highly value honest discussions and realistic follow-up care instructions. Something that this clinic does.
We just wish their customer service were a bit better. We noted a report from a previous client who had difficulty reaching them via phone. We didn’t experience this during our test runs, but it’s something to keep in mind.

Palm Clinic is among the oldest cosmetics clinics in the city, so it’s easy to see why many locals trust them. It’s hard to deny the experience too, considering they have overwhelmingly positive reports of natural-looking results
Their cosmetic injectables are carried out by certified nurses and doctors. The staff also revealed to us that their professionals are continually trained, which gave us reassurance.
The patient-first approach is very evident too. During consultations, they don’t upsell treatments and instead, focus on providing clear discussions on the process. Clients we interviewed repeatedly confirmed this.
The client care feels very consistent too, regardless of whether the customer is new or a regular. We love small things like this because they really elevate the entire experience to a whole level.
Follow-up care just feels a little poor – it’s not inadequate per se, but compared to other clinics, it can feel a bit disappointing with the lack of personalization. We’re still happy that the staff remains courteous in dealing with any issues.
